Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been activated, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled, as server charges are incurred immediately upon activation.
In exceptional cases where a cancellation is requested within 24 hour after activation, a deduction of 25% will apply to cover server and vendor charges.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
